Computer Game Club Constitution

1) All rules put in place by A-Tech High School will be upheld inside “CGC”.

2) Only those games sanctioned “OK to play” by Mrs.Price will be allowed to be played/installed. This means that if it hasn’t been Okayed by Mrs. Price we ask that you don’t attempt to run or install this software. No exceptions!

3) Cursing/Name Calling/Shouting Profanities will not be tolerated in the CGC environment any member heard saying anything insulting or negative will be considered breaking this rule. This includes any racist or harsh comments aimed at a member or anyone else while in CGC.

4) No food or drink around the computers or anywhere else that may conflict with the already put in place rules of A-Tech.

5) Broken/Not working computers must be noted before any software is used on the computer. We don’t want you to get in trouble for an error that was there before the computer was used. However accidents may occur, ask you advisor or superior before proceeding to try to “fix” the problem on your own. Hacking or changing the settings on the computer while logged in will not be tolerated.

Failure to follow these rules will result in punishments. Depending on how severe the breaking of the rule was will depend on the punishment. First time will meet a warning; second break will be met with being asked to leave the club for that day. If this does not fix the problem then the member will be asked to leave the club and not to return. If the break is very severe some punishments may be skipped. However all members will be given this paper to read and sign saying they understand and have read this paper, so no trouble should arrive if rules are met.
